Alles klar! is a professional party-rental agency that provides selected
articles for the perfect event. The company has 17 locations in Germany,
Austria, Switzerland, and Spain, as well as extremely large and multifaceted assortment of rental items.
The Challenge:
Previously
each individual product had to be manually imported into the company’s shop
system. This was a highly laborious process, and the company sought a simpler
and faster solution.
The KEY TEC Solution:
KEY TEC developed a shop system with an interface to an inventory-control
system to ease the company’s management of its entire product range. With a
click of a mouse available items are automatically
loaded from the inventory control system into the shop via a web-service interface .
The particular feature of the shop system is that it is connected to the company’s
content management system. This allows products to be integrated into the
website at any desired location.
Products are automatically sorted into product groups and can be entered
depending on the packing unit. The manager of each department at the company can immediately place inventory
changes online and update the inventory database with little effort.
